2024年汛期哈尔滨地区气象与水文站点比较分析
A comparative analysis of meteorological and hydrological stations in the Harbin region during the 2024 flood season

Abstract
This study analyzes the observation equipment and station layouts of existing meteorological and hydrological networks in the Harbin region.Using precipitation data from meteorological and hydrological stations during June-August 2024,and taking the Harbin National Meteorological Observatory as the reference,rainfall events of moderate intensity or higher were selected to ex amine the discrepancies between the two precipitation datasets and their underlying causes.The results indicate that hydrological stations are deployed at a higher spatial density,while meteorological stations are maintained more frequently and provide higher data avail ability.For samples of relatively intense precipitation events,the mean rainfall recorded by meteorological stations is higher than that of hy drological stations,whereas extreme rainfall values are generally higher at hydrological stations;both datasets exhibit similar spatiotemporal dis tribution characteristics and precipitation trends.This study can effectively improve the accuracy of integrated precipitation datasets by incor porating high-density hydrological rainfall observations as a supplement to surface measurements.The findings provide valuable references for the prevention of secondary disasters induced by heavy precipitation and offer insights for the assimilation of radar-based precipitation estimates and mesoscale numerical weather prediction.关键词
