颊针联合触发点干针治疗肱骨外上髁炎35例
Clinical effect of buccal acupuncture combined with dry needling at trigger points in treatment of external humeral epicondylitis:An analysis of 35 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of buccal acupuncture combined with dry needling at trigger points in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with external hu-meral epicondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given buccal acupuncture combined with dry needling at trigger points,while those in the control group were given dry needling at trigger points alone,once a week for 3 consecutive weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,pain-free grip strength,and Mayo Elbow Performance Score(MEPS)after 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment,and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[88.57％(31/35)vs 68.57％(24/35),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in VAS score,pain-free grip strength,and MEPS score,and there were significant differences in these indi-cators between the two groups at each time point after treatment(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion:Buccal acu-puncture combined with dry needling at trigger points can effectively alleviate the symptoms of external humeral epi-condylitis,reduce pain,and improve elbow joint function and pain-free grip strength,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.关键词
