锂电池组多层电感主动均衡方法设计

Abstract
In view of the problems of low utilization rate of equalization time,slow equalization speed,and dis-continuous equalization current existing in the traditional multi-layer inductor equalization circuit,an improved multi-layer inductor equalization circuit is proposed in this study.The improved circuit can effectively realize the transfer of charges from the high-voltage batteries to the low-voltage batteries within the battery pack by adding e-qualization inductors and coupling capacitors to the circuit structure.At the same time,it ensures the continuity of the equalization current and improves the utilization rate of the equalization time and the equalization speed.The experi-mental results show that,under the same initial conditions,compared with the traditional design,the equalization time of the improved circuit is shortened by 58.9%,the equalization speed is increased by 160%,the equalization effi-ciency is improved by 1.49%,and the maximum voltage difference at the end of equalization is reduced from 10.4 mV to 6.0 mV.The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the improved circuit in reducing the equalization time,ac-celerating the equalization speed,improving the equalization efficiency,and optimizing the equalization effect.关键词
