基于充电优先级确定机制的电动汽车充电调度策略
Electric Vehicle Charging Scheduling Based on a Charging Priority Determination Mechanism

Abstract
To address the charging scheduling problem in a parking lot with multiple charging modes,an electric vehicle charging scheduling strategy based on a charging priority determination mechanism is proposed.First,considering the variability in the tolerable waiting times and charging demands among electric vehicles,a charging priority determination mechanism is proposed,which aims to reasonably allocate charging modes to improve the charging efficiency of electric vehicles.Second,an adaptive crossover and mutation operator is introduced to improve the updating strategy of the traditional non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ),in order to achieve joint optimization of car owners'charging costs and power grid load fluctuations.Finally,the optimal compromise solution is selected as the final charging scheduling scheme by employing a fuzzy mem-bership function within the obtained Pareto solution set.Experimental results based on the national household travel survey(NHTS)data show that the proposed algorithm outperforms other benchmark algorithms.关键词
