饮用水中前体物质对氯化消毒副产物生成的影响机制
Impact Mechanisms of Precursor Substances on the Formation of Chlorinated Disinfection by-Products in Drinking Water:A Bibliometric Analysis Based on the Web of Science(2014-2024)

Abstract
The study employed a bibliometric approach to systematically analyze 808 relevant publications from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)between 2014 and 2024.Using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software for co-occurrence network and cluster analyses,and combining experimental data on disinfection by-product(DBP)types,formation yields,and precursor charac-teristics,this study comprehensively explored their formation mechanisms.The results revealed a fluctuating yet overall upward trend in global annual publication output,with increasingly globalized collaboration networks among countries,authors,and institutions.Key research hotspots indicate that low-molecular-weight dissolved organic matter(m<1 ku)significantly promotes the formation of carbonaceous DBPs(C-DBPs,e.g.,trihalomethanes,THMs)due to the enhanced accessibility of reactive sites.Conversely,hydrophobic fractions and nitrogen-containing functional groups(e.g.,carboxyl and carbonyl)primarily govern the formation pathways of nitrogenous DBPs(N-DBPs)via nucleophilic substitution reactions.Disinfection parameter studies showed that trichloro-nitromethane(TCNM)formation increased by 1.6 times as pH rose from 6.0 to 8.0,while chlorine dosage exhibited a strong positive correlation with THM generation(R2=0.980).Current research bottlenecks include the lack of quantitative structure-activity relationship(QSAR)models for pre-cursors-DBPs and a limited understanding of multi-factor coupling mechanisms.Future research should integrate high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS)with machine learning techniques to de-velop dynamic predictive models for optimizing disinfection processes.关键词
