Applications and Advances of Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy in Biosensing and Medical Diagnostics

Abstract
Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)technology demonstrates significant advantages and considerable potential in applications such as biomolecular recognition,disease biomarker detection,and drug metabolism analysis.This review systematically elaborates on the application of SERS sensors in complex biomedical scenarios.It examines design strategies for high-performance SERS sensors tailored for complex biological media,including the design and properties of SERS substrates of various dimensions,as well as their application in the ultrasensitive detection of biomarkers.Furthermore,this review summarizes breakthroughs in SERS sensing strategies for practical clinical samples,explores feasible approaches to achieving higher specificity and biocom-patibility,and outlines future directions for the development of next-generation biomedical analysis technologies.关键词
