腹腔镜联合胆道镜在经胆囊管探查术中的临床应用
Clinical application of laparoscopy combined with cholangioscopy in transcystic common bile duct exploration

Abstract
Objective:To explore the safety of laparoscopy combined with cholangioscopy for transcystic common bile duct exploration.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 75 patients with cholelithiasis admitted from Jan.2021 to May 2025.Parameters including gender,age,clinical symptoms,and preoperative examinations were reviewed.Patients were divided into laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration(LTCBDE)group and laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE)group(n=41,LCBDE with primary closure)according to their intraoperative conditions.The intraoperative and postopera-tive indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,postoperative drainage tube retention time,and post-operative hospital stay in the LTCBDE group were significantly shorter than those in the LCBDE group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative exhaust time between the two groups(P=0.449).There were 4 cases of postoperative complications in the LTCBDE group and 7 cases in the LCBDE group.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopy com-bined with cholangioscopy for transcystic common bile duct exploration and stone removal is safe and effective,with advantages such as minimal invasiveness and rapid recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
