摘要

Abstract

Illicit drugs are a public hazard to human society.Developing rapid,sensitive and specific new methods for illicit drug detection is a key issue in the field of illicit drug control.Aptamers,as a type of single-stranded DNA or RNA molecules selected through the exponential enrichment ligand system evolution technology,are renowned as ″chemical antibodies″ due to their high affinity,high specificity and good stability.Aptamer biosensors,as an integration of biotechnology and sensing technology,provide a research approach for illicit drug detection that combines sensitivity,selectivity and real-time performance through the synergistic effect of high-specificity molecular recognition and multi-modal signal conversion.This article focuses on summarizing the recognition principles and detection methods of aptamer biosensors,providing a detailed review of the latest application progress of aptamer biosensors in various illicit drug detections,analyzing the challenges in aptamer screening,sensor construction and drug control practical applications,and looking forward to future development directions.This article is anticipested to provide reference and inspiration for the research and application of biosensors in illicit drug detection fields.
