摘要

Abstract

Bioactive steroid hormones are key to endocrine balance and metabolic regulation,making their accurate quantification vital for clinical diagnosis and treatment monitoring.However,it is challenging for accurate quantitative analysis of steroid hormones due to their structural similarity and complex sample matrices.Traditional immunoassays are simple but susceptible to matrix interference and cross-reactivity,causing false positives.Chromatography-mass spectrometry(MS)offers high separation efficiency and a broad linear range,enhancing accuracy and reliability.Sample pre-treatments like liquid-liquid and solid-phase extraction help to enrich and purify analytes and reduce matrix effects.Derivatization and isotopic internal standards can improve sensitivity and accuracy.This review summarized current chromatography MS-based methods for quantifying bioactive steroids,focusing on innovative applications,current challenges,and the discussion of sample preparation and derivatization strategies.The development trends of chromatography-MS-based methods in quantitative analysis of steroid hormones were prospected.
