摘要

Abstract

In response to the growing demand for cultivating intelligent construction talents amid the digital transformation of the construction industry,this paper addresses the pain points in traditional engineering education,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,difficulties in spatial cognition,high training costs,and safety concerns.It proposes a smart construction teaching model based on the deep integration of BIM and VR/AR technologies.Centered on the core principles of"virtual-real symbiosis,competency orientation,and project-driven learning,"the model constructs a digital foundation through a BIM platform and creates an immersive interactive environment using VR/AR technologies.The study establishes a closed-loop teaching system encompassing"pre-class cognition,in-class training,and post-class extension."Teaching practices in the Intelligent Construction Technology course demonstrate that this model improves students'spatial understanding by 36%,enhances operational efficiency by 44%,and achieves a teaching satisfaction rate of 92%.The study confirms that this teaching approach effectively cultivates students'core competencies in digital design,virtual construction,and collaborative management,providing a replicable implementation pathway for the digital transformation of engineering education.
