面向电气工程人才培养的实验课程改革实践与开放共享

Abstract
Addressing the pain points of traditional experimental courses being detached from engineering practice and struggling to keep pace with the development of New Engineering Education and teaching reforms,this project focuses on five aspects:transforming teaching concepts,optimizing teaching content,enhancing students'theoretical knowledge,practical skills,engineering awareness,and innovation capabilities,improving evaluation methods,and developing a shared experimental teaching system along with upgrading the teaching abilities of experimental instructors.The study conducts practical research on experimental course reform and open sharing for electrical engineering talent cultivation,proposing an online teaching solution.This solution features a three-in-one online resource course system composed of video lectures,virtual simulation programs,and relevant finite element models.By adopting a method consistent with real-world engineering practices,students can deepen their understanding of key concepts through basic,comprehensive,and complex operations,progressively enhancing their hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities for complex engineering challenges.However,further data samples are still needed during implementation,along with exploratory research on promotion models.关键词
