生源多元化背景下作物学硕士研究生分层培养模式探索
摘要
Abstract
Given the problem of different levels of graduate student quality in recent years,this study proposed that after the graduate students passed the re-examination and were formally admitted by the school,the tutors should organize the testing and examination of the professional knowledge of crop science(theory and practice)and the public backgroundelementary knowledge(foreign language level,computer level,laboratory routine operation ability,etc.).The graduate students are divided into four different levels(one is that the professional foundation and public backgroundelementary knowledge are good,the other is that the professional foundation is good,but the public backgroundelementary knowledge is poor,the third is that the professional foundation is poor,but the public backgroundelementary knowledge is good,and the fourth is that both are poor),and then according to the level of students,different training objectives are formulated,to take different training measures,aiming at improving the quality of graduate training through personalized training strategies.This paper describes the specific process of layered culture in detail and analyzes the implementation effect of layered culture mode.The results show that this model effectively improves students'academic performance,practical ability,and innovative spirit,and obtains positive feedback from students and teachers.The hierarchical training model has proved to be effective on the whole.The results of this study can provide a reference for the optimization of the cultivation model of crop science graduate students under the background of student diversity.关键词
