新时代播音主持人才培养模式的探索与实践

Abstract
In the new era,the major of Broadcasting and Hosting Arts is facing many challenges such as industry value reconstruction,media technology iteration,social demand change,as well as other drama,film and television majors.So its talent training mode is also in urgent need of change and adjustment.Taking Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts as an example,this paper analyzes how the major of Broadcasting and Hosting Arts in Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts,based on the background of new liberal arts,explores and practices in the aspects of curriculum ideological and political education based on national needs,knowledge system innovation based on technology driven,and industry collaborative education based on demand,so as to provide reference for the development of similar majors.关键词
