校企协同育人背景下工程应用型人才培养模式构建与评价

Abstract
Against the backdrop of insufficient aggregate demand in the current economy and the mass expansion of higher education,infrastructure development holds particular importance.Cultivating engineering and applied talents aligned with industrial needs is of significant practical relevance.Based on the characteristics of engineering education,this study focuses on the systematic evaluation of university-enterprise collaborative education mechanism and proposes the evaluation method of engineering applied talent cultivation mode based on fuzzy theory.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the model achieves a comprehensive score of 93.286 points.The study validates that establishing a win-win cooperation mechanism between academic institutions and industries,implementing enterprise-embedded training programs,and developing a dual-teacher team significantly enhance the holistic competency of engineering applied talents.关键词
