林间非道路运输车异型桥陡坡地形适应性能分析
Analysis of the terrain-adaptability of off-road forest transport vehicles on steep slopes with irregular bridges

Abstract
Focusing on the irregular bridge structure of a specific type of forest off-road transport vehicle,this study first established a solid model of the bridge in SolidWorks 2018 and then imported it into ANSYS Workbench 2022.Static analyses were conducted under a set of complex operating conditions representative of steep-slope terrains encountered by forest transport vehicles,including full-load static conditions,maximum traction,maximum uphill grade,maximum downhill grade,and maximum lateral inclination.The results indicate that the irregular bridge meets the required strength and stiffness criteria.Subsequently,a modal analysis was performed.The results show that the natural frequencies of all vibration modes exceed 117.71 Hz,well above the excitation frequencies produced by road-surface irregularities,thus avoiding potential resonance and satisfying design requirements.Building on the modal analysis,a harmonic response analysis was carried out.Examination of the deformation-frequency response curves reveals that the peak harmonic response amplitude occurs at 120 Hz.Based on this critical frequency,the corresponding stress and strain cloud maps were generated.The analysis confirms that the resonance frequency of the bridge structure is 120 Hz,which is significantly higher than road-induced excitation frequencies.This verifies that the structural design of the irregular bridge is both rational and safe,effectively preventing resonance during routine operation in forest environments.Overall,this study provides valuable references for future local modifications,structural optimization,and new design efforts for irregular bridges used in forest off-road transport vehicles.关键词
