摘要

Abstract

Trace amounts of Pb2+and Cd2+persist in the environment,and their long-term intake can lead to bioaccumulation and cause multisystem disorders,including neurological and renal diseases,posing severe risks to human health.In this paper,an electrochemical sensor based on MXene/NH2-MIL-53 was designed for the simultaneous detection of lead and cadmium ions,and its synthesis,characterization,and heavy metal ion detection capabilities were studied.The optimized optimal detection conditions were identified as follows:a 1.0 mg/mL modification solution prepared from 1.0 mg of material,an enrichment potential of-1.2 V,a pH value of 4.5,and an enrichment time of 300 s.Square wave anodic stripping voltammetry(SWASV)was employed for the individual quantification of Pb2+and Cd2+using the modified glassy carbon electrode.The linear detection ranges were 0.5-100.0 μg/L for Pb²+and 5.0-90.0 μg/L for Cd2+,with corresponding limits of detection of 0.260 and 0.234 μg/L,and sensitivities of 0.477 and 0.364 μA/(μmol·cm-3),respectively.Experimental results demonstrate that the electrode exhibits high sensitivity,low impedance,and excellent anti-interference capability,along with good repeatability and reproducibility.Moreover,the preparation is straightforward,enabling real-time on-site detection,and the sensor performed well in the analysis of real electronic-cigarette liquid samples.
