Abstract
Modelling,prediction,and integration of the heat transfer processes in rocket engines are important for digitalization and intelligentization.Aiming at the problems of low heat transfer prediction efficiency and difficulty of dynamic and real-time prediction in thrust chamber heat transfer analysis,this paper focused on the thrust chamber in liquid oxygen/kerosene engines and established a sample database based on conventional heat transfer analysis methods.A digital twin prediction model for heat transfer was subsequently developed through model training,enabling dynamic and real-time prediction of thermal transfer processes in thrust chambers.This approach provides a technical foundation for virtual thermal testing in engine systems.The results show that the response time of the heat transfer digital twin model is approximately on the order of seconds,and the prediction accuracy of the digital twin depends on the quality of the sample database.The model exhibits less than 1%error compared to the sample database and demonstrates less than 4.8%deviation from experimental data.关键词
