槲皮素的生物学功能及其在畜牧生产中的应用
Biological functions of quercetin and its application in livestock production
摘要
Abstract
Quercetin is a natural flavonoid compound,mainly distributed in plants,with biological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties,and has shown extensive application potential in multiple fields.In livestock production,quercetin can regulate the structure of gastrointestinal microbial flora,improve rumen fermentation efficiency,and effectively reduce methane emissions.At the same time,it can enhance antioxidant stress resistance capability and immune function,and improve the sperm quality of male livestock and follicle development of female livestock by regulating oxidative stress pathways and hormone secretion of the reproductive axis.Although systematic research on livestock production is still relatively limited now,the potential of quercetin in green breeding,reducing environmental pollution and maintaining animal health has initially emerged.This article deeply explored its mechanism of action,optimized application strategies,and provided theoretical support for the sustainable development of animal husbandry.关键词
