牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒的研究进展
Research progress of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus
摘要
Abstract
Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV)is an enveloped DNA virus classified under the gamma subfamily of Herpesviridae family and is considered a major pathogen in cattle.This virus mainly causes respiratory symptoms,accompanied by multi-system lesions such as conjunctivitis and mastitis,resulting in serious economic losses to the global cattle industry.Currently,IBRV is widely prevalent in China,and due to the lack of specific drugs on its therapy,vaccination remains the primary method of prevention and control.This review summarized recent advances in the study of IBRV,including its etiology,epidemiology,detection techniques,and control strategies,aiming to deeply understand the pathogenesis,transmission laws,and prevention and control strategies of this disease,thereby providing both theoretical basis and practical reference for formulating more scientific and effective control programs.关键词
