孤独症谱系障碍患儿父母创伤后成长体验的质性研究
Qualitative study on post-traumatic growth experiences of parents of children with autism spectrum dis-order

Abstract
Objective To explore the post-traumatic growth experiences of parents of children with autism spectrum dis-order(ASD)during the caregiving process,with the aim of providing insights for healthcare professionals in delivering psy-chological care to them.Methods Using purposive sampling,twelve parents of children with ASD who were hospitalized and received treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation department of Hangzhou Children's Hospital from January to June 2024 were selected as study subjects.In-depth interviews were conducted using a semi-structured interview method and the interview data were analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method to extract interview themes.Results A total of three main themes and nine subthemes were extracted,which were adjustment and acceptance(from con-fusion to acceptance,inner growth and reflection,self-emotional regulation),improvement of interpersonal relationships(enhancement of internal family relationships,improvement of external relationships),and cultivation of individual positive abilities(enhancement of caregiving skills,redefinition of life priorities,strong desire for health information seeking,diver-sity of coping strategies).Conclusion Parents of children with ASD experience post-traumatic growth during the caregiving process,leading to changes in their understanding of disease condition and fostering inner growth.At the same time,they express needs for knowledge related to ASD caregiving and psychological coping.Healthcare professionals should play an ac-tive guiding role in promoting post-traumatic growth among parents of children with ASD.关键词
