摘要

Abstract

The surface plasmon resonance(SPR)detection technology has been widely applied in the fields of bi-ology,chemistry,and environmental detection because of its high specificity,excellent sensitivity,label-free nature,and real-time monitoring capability.Currently,marine detection mainly relies on electrochemical sensors.SPR sensors have demonstrated applicability for monitoring dissolved gases,metal ions,pollutants,and biotoxins in marine environments.However,their use in practical applications remains limited,but they have great potential for development.This paper introduces various SPR configurations and detection principles,providing examples of their applications in marine exploration.Moreover,it discusses the research and development prospects of SPR sensors in marine exploration and in situ marine detection.
