EVA对DNTF基复合材料性能提升的影响
Effect of EVA on the Properties of DNTF-Based Composites

Abstract
To enhance the safety performance of 3,4-dinitrofurazanfuroxan(DNTF),1,1′-diamino-2,2′-dinitroethylene(FOX-7)was combined with it at a specific mass ratio and ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)to prepare DNTF-based composite materials.It was reveal that the mechanical properties of the DNTF/FOX-7 composite were the best at a mass ratio of 60∶40 according to molecular dynamics simulations.The detonation velocity,explosion heat and explosion pressure of DNTF and FOX-7(60∶40)were further calculated using Explo5.0,which were 8 753 m/s,-5 569 kJ/kg and 33.76 GPa,respective-ly,comparable to the detonation velocity of RDX.The two components were mixed at a mass ratio of 60∶40,and then was coated by EVA at mass fractions of 2%,4%,6%,8%,and 1 0%,respectively,to prepare DNTF-based composite materi-als.The morphology,structure,thermal decomposition properties,safety performance,and combustion behavior of the com-posites were investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Fourier-transform infra-red spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),BAM sensitivity testing,and ignition combustion experi-ments.The results indicates that the DNTF-based composite materials prepared exhibits optimal coating effectiveness when the mass fraction of EVA added is 6%to 8%.At the mass fraction of 6%EVA addition,the apparent activation energy for the thermal decomposition of DNTF/FOX-7 increases by 20.01 kJ/mol,while the characteristic drop height and friction energy are improved by over 20cm(BAM,5kg)and 36N,respectively,which means the safety performance of the explosive is en-hanced.Additionally,the ignition delay time of DNTF/FOX-7 is reduced to 36 seconds.关键词
