短切纤维对Al/PTFE-RDX组合装药力学行为和爆炸性能的影响
Effects of Short-cut Fibers on the Mechanical Behaviors and Explosive Properties of Al/PTFE-RDX Composite Charges

Abstract
To investigate the effects of short-cut fibers on the mechanical properties and explosive characteristics of the com-posite charges,the reinforced Al/PTFE reactive materials ring containing short-cut fibers were prepared and formed into a com-posite charge with RDX pillars.The mechanical behaviors of the reactive materials rings containing the different kinds of short-cut fibers were systematically investigated using the universal testing material machine and the split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)system.The effects of the different short-cut fibers on the quasi-static pressure of composite charge,shock wave pa-rameters and the characteristic parameters of exploding fireball,which were conducted using the free-field explosion test sys-tem,the spherical explosion container test system and the colorimetric temperature measurement techniques.The results show that the short-cut fibers significantly improve the mechanical properties of the Al/PTFE reactive materials ring.And the Al/PTFE reactive materials ring containing short-cut titanium fibers exhibits the compressive strength 6.12MPa and the impact strength of 15.433 MPa,respectively,representing the increases of 134.8%and 93.1%compared to fiber-free Al/PTFE reactive ma-terials ring,which exhibits the most excellent compressive properties and impact resistance capability.The peak pressure of the shock wave of the composite charges containing short-cut titanium fibers is 37.68kPa,with positive interaction time of 695.34μs,a positive impulse of 12.34Pa·s,a quasi-static pressure of 58.21 kPa,an average maximum fireball temperature of 2 734K,and a fireball duration of 1 375.64μs.Compared with the composite charges without short-cut fibers,the parame-ters aboveare increased by 19.1%,5.8%,25.0%,70.1%,3.9%and 51.6%respectively.The short-cut titanium fibers has the most significant improvement on the explosion performance of the composite charges.The short-cut titanium fibers show promising potential for improving the mechanical properties and explosive power of the composite charges.关键词
