低燃速HMX改性双基推进剂的燃烧性能
Study on the Combustion Performance of Low Burning Rate HMX Modified Double-base Propellants

Abstract
To meet the continuous development requirements of weapons and equipments,HMX-modified double-base propel-lants with low burning rate were developed to improve the endurance time and stealth penetration capability of missile engines.The"burning rate-target line method"was used to study the effects of triacetin(GTA),combustion catalytic system(organic combustion catalytic system Pb/Cu/CB,inorganic combustion catalytic system Pb/Cu/CB),and different combustion catalyst ratios on the combustion performance of HMX-based high solid content composite modified double-base propellant(HMX-CMDB)of screw extrusion process.The results indicate that GTA can effectively reduce the burning rate and pressure index of HMX-CMDB.The Pb/Cu/CB outperforms the Pb/Cu/CB in improving the combustion performance of low burning rate HMX-CMDB.When conbining GTA with Pb/Cu/CB,the burning rate of HMX-CMDB reaches 9.25mm/s at 10MPa,and the pres-sure index is 0.336 at 7-12MPa.The theoretical specific impulse calculated for the formulation is 247.13s,with a heat of explosion of 4 788J/g,meeting the technical specifications required for high-energy low-burning-rate propellants.关键词
