摘要
Abstract
Taurine is a kind of free amino acid found in animals that exhibits various biological func-tions,including anti-oxidation,anti-apoptosis,adjusting hormone release and regulating inflammatory cy-tokines release.It also offers protective effects on the digestive,respiratory,urinary and reproductive sys-tems.In recent years,taurine has garnered significant attention as a feed additive in animal husbandry and disease treatment.This paper reviews the physicochemical properties and safety of taurine,as well as its protective effects on multiple systems in recent studies,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the appli-cation of taurine in animal production and disease treatment applications.关键词
