Numerical Simulation and Design Method on Mechanical Behaviour of High-Strength Fire-Resistant Steel Bending Members Under Fire

Abstract
In this paper,the fire resistance of high-strength fire-resistant steel bending members is studied by finite element numerical simulation in ABAQUS.Based on the existing test results,the finite element model established by the thermo-mechanical method is verified,and the effects of load ratio,slenderness ratio and steel strength grade on the fire performance of high-strength fire-resistant steel bending members are further analyzed.The results show that the load ratio has a great influence on the fire resistance of the members,while the slenderness ratio and steel strength grade have little influence on the critical temperature of the members.The fire resistance of the bending members gradually decreases with the increase of the load ratio.Finally,the stability parameters for high-strength fire-resistant steel bending members at elevated temperature are proposed by modifying the existing specifications,which are validated by the test results and finite element simulation.关键词
