From Efficiency Reform to Distribution Governance:Observations on the Governance Orientation of"Involutionary"Competition
摘要
Abstract
The long-standing"involutionary"competition constrains the comprehensive construction of a high-level socialist market economy system.The governance of"involutionary"competition has become a prominent issue facing current economic and social development.In theory,promoting innovation is an effective way to govern"involutionary"competition,but this theoretical viewpoint overlooks the inhibitory effect of"involutionary"competition on innovation.Through the analysis of"involutionary"competition governance,it can be concluded that:(1)getting rid of the governance approach that focuses on efficiency reform and combining efficiency reform with distribution governance is the key to achieving practical results in"involutionary"competition governance;(2)The complex international economic and trade environment,arduous domestic reform tasks,and challenges in further opening up are the practical difficulties faced by"involutionary"competition governance;(3)The distribution governance in the"involutionary"competition governance should focus on the creative destruction mechanism,which can not only shape the fair standards in the social distribution field,but also effectively stimulate the vitality of market entities,so that the incremental benefits created by the vitality enhancement can compensate for the existing contradictions;(4)The allocation governance model also faces multiple challenges,primarily including the lack of deep and high-quality competition mechanisms,and various objective factors that fuel"involutionary"competition.关键词
