体重管理中心建设的理论和实践
Theory and practice in the development of weight management centers
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid increase in the global prevalence of obesity,the disease burden of obesity and its complications has become a major public health challenge,prompting governments to promote the establishment of centralized weightmanagement centers.Drawing on years of experience in developing such centers and incorporating hospitalspecific characteristics,this article elaborates on the understanding and practice of constructing weight management centers from multiple perspectives,including their necessity,roles and responsibilities,organizational structure,essential conditions for establishment,operational procedures,as well as medical functions and social responsibilities.The report"Current Status and Challenges of Weight Management and Center Development in China"indicates that the development of weight management centers is gradually shifting from loosely coordinated multidisciplinary collaboration toward a centralized management model.Nevertheless,challenges remain,including inconsistent construction standards across regions,an incomplete professional certification system,controversies over longterm medication management,and issues related to data security and accessibility among elderly populations in the application of artificial intelligence(AI).Future efforts should focus on strengthening policy implementation,advancing the construction of centralized platforms,improving multidisciplinary talent training and certification systems,and deepening the integration of digital technologies such as AI,with the aim of truly achieving lifecyclewide weight management.关键词
