Additive manufacturing of SiC/Al composites:current research and future trends
摘要
Abstract
Silicon carbide/aluminum(SiC/Al)composites,with their high strength,lightweight and excellent thermal stability,have become key structural-functional integrated materials for high-end equipment such as aerospace satellite brackets,missile inertial navigation devices,and high-power electronic packaging.However,traditional preparation techniques combined with mechanical processing generally suffer from low material utilization,long production cycles for complex components,and low product qualification rates.Additive manufacturing technology,through the principle of discrete-pile forming,breaks through geometric constraints,achieving near-net shaping of complex components while shortening the manufacturing cycle,providing a disruptive manufacturing solution for SiC/Al composites.This paper focuses on selective laser melting(SLM)technology,reviews the current research status and existing problems of SLM-formed SiC/Al composites,and looks forward to their application fields,challenges,and future development trends.关键词
