井冈山国家农高区创建与高质量发展的现状、问题与对策研究

Abstract
As the source of regional agricultural scientific and technological innovation,the pioneering area of agricultural innovation-driven development and the experimental zone of agricultural supply-side structural reform,the National Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone is an important policy innovation leading high-quality agricultural development.Since its establishment in 2020,Jinggangshan Agricultural High-tech Zone,with the theme of"Efficient Agriculture in Southern Red Soil"and green food as its leading industry,has achieved phased results in infrastructure,scientific and technological innovation resources,and industrial agglomeration.However,it still faces problems such as insufficient scientific and technological innovation capabilities,weak competitiveness of leading industries,insufficiently smooth mechanisms and systems,and an incomplete guarantee system.To comprehensively promote the high-standard creation and high-quality development of Jinggangshan National Agricultural High-tech Zone,based on the experience and enlightenment of being approved as a national agricultural high-tech zone,countermeasures are proposed from four dimensions:uncovering one's own advantages,enhancing scientific and technological innovation capabilities,strengthening leading industries and improving guarantee mechanisms.关键词
