Abstract
Lanping Lead-Zinc Mine is a super large lead-zinc mine,associated valuable components such as thallium,cadmium,silver,sulfur and strontium,containing easily-slimed gangue mineral,soluble mineral and organic matte.The ore properties is complexity and variability.Among them,the oxide lead-zinc ore and the oxide-sulphide mixed lead-zinc ore have a variety of mineral types,fine particle sizes,easy to be overgrinded,so it is difficult to be mineral processing.This article provides a review of the research progress on deposit types,ore properties and mineral processing,the mineral processing technology and flotation reagents for lead-zinc sulfide ore,the flotation(direct flotation,surface sulfidization—flotation,synchronous flotation,flocculation flotation,original pulp flotation,high-entropy flotation),wet leaching(sulfuric acid leaching,sodium hydroxide leaching,ammonia leaching),gravity separation—flotation,wet leaching—flotation,flotation—wet leaching,sufidation roasting—flotation and hydrothermal sulfidation—flotation for the oxide-sulphide mixed lead-zinc ore were discussed emphasizedly.And further point out the research direction and focus,comprehensive recovery of associated valuable components,depression and derepression of sphalerite for lead-zinc sulfide ore,the single flotation process treatment,and combined process of wet leaching of zinc oxide minerals—flotation recovery of lead minerals and zinc sulfide minerals.关键词
