摘要

Abstract

Associated gold minerals in non-ferrous metal ores are one of the most important domestic gold resources.Developing novel,efficient processes,reagents,and equipment for the beneficiation and metallurgy of refractory fine-grained associated gold is of great importance for improving the comprehensive utilization of gold resources.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of fine-grained gold in non-ferrous sulfide ores,the beneficiation processes such as grinding,flotation and combined processes are reviewed,as well as flotation reagents including collectors and regulators,and chemical processes including chemical leaching and chlorination roasting.Base on the mineralogical characteristics of gold,such as its embedding features and associations,the selection of suitable grinding techniques and low-alkaline beneficiation processes,and the development of environmentally friendly,efficient,and clean flotation reagents can improve the recovery of fine-grained associated gold.Additionally,the research on non-cyanide gold leaching techniques such as thiosulfate is the future direction of development.In the future,the comprehensive recovery of fine gold ore in non-ferrous metal sulfide ores should be in the direction of clean,efficient,green,energy-saving,intelligent and automated.
