摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]China's current technological innovation development is at a critical stage of rapid catch-up with developed countries.As the representative country in achieving this path,the experience of the U.S.'innovation catch-up process and system holds significant importance for China in forging a correct path of technological innovation catch-up and establishing a corresponding system.[Research method]Through long-term examination of the history and developmental stages of technological catch-up in latecomer countries,this study analyzes the innovation systems formed during this process.By combining current cases from developed countries,particularly the U.S.,it explores the pathway from technology to science and ultimately to their excellent integration and development,ultimately establishing a scientific and technological innovation system that combines balanced development with original innovation involving multiple stakeholders.[Research conclusion]Based on learning from the U.S.experience and considering China's national conditions,this study proposes several recommendations for China's current technological innovation development path and system construction:continuously improving the government-led innovation system,increasing funding aligned with innovation levels,providing policy support for activities primarily focused on basic science as the main source of original innovation,truly establishing a collaborative and fluid mechanism for innovation involving multiple stakeholders,and creating a"front-end"evaluation mechanism for scientific and technological outcomes and corresponding institutions.关键词
