政府资助的科技项目群组织模式
Research on Organization Modes of Government-Funded Science and Technology Project Groups:Based on Typical Cases at Home and Abroad

Abstract
[Research purpose]The science and technology(S&T)Project Group is an organizational mode aligned with current demands for optimizing the allocation of scientific and technological resources.It could provide valuable insights for further refining S&T Project Group management by investigating the management mechanisms of formation,implementation,and performance evaluation of S&T Project Group.[Research method]Based on the theoretical analysis of S&T Project Group's concept and characteristics,a comparative analysis of typical cases from Japan,Germany,and China are conducted within a full life cycle framework to extract experiences that can be learned from for our country.[Research conclusion]Currently,there are two main types of S&T Project Groups,close type and loose type.Each type employs distinct management mechanisms in formation,implementation,and performance evaluation.For science and technology authorities at various levels,to organize S&T Project Groups,management optimization can be realized through the following aspects:to choose the suitable S&T Project Group types according to the contexts,to enhance the collaboration among sub-projects,and to establish efficient internal management mechanisms,etc.关键词
