Abstract
[Research purpose]Faced with the deep penetration of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)in the publishing field,the research aims to clarify the essential differences between"AI assistance"and"human-AI collaboration"and to construct a feasible model of human-AI collaboration in publishing.[Research method]Drawing on synergy theory,value chain theory,and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),this study analyzes cases from representative publishing houses to propose a"three-dimensional logic,and four-dimensional framework"human-AI collaboration model.Three-dimensional logic means value complementarity,process integration,and capability coordination,applied with four-dimensional framework,that is,topic planning,content editing,author communication,and market promotion.[Research conclusion]Findings show that true human-AI collaboration involves deep integration of human editors and intelligent systems in goals,workflows,and competencies,with editors maintaining leadership in value judgment and creativity,achieving a leap from instrumental support to full-process collaboration.Current practices face challenges such as insufficient technological adaptation,prominent ethical risks,lack of digital literacy among editors,and lagging institutional supply,which urgently need to be addressed through collaborative efforts in technological optimization,ethical regulation,capacity enhancement,and policy innovation.关键词
