Effect of Naoxinqing capsule as an adjuvant to Trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome and its impact on blood lipid and hemorheology

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Naoxinqing capsule as an adjuvant to Trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome,and to analyze its impact on patients' blood lipids and hemorheology.Methods In total,124 patients with CHD with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome admitted from January 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into two groups(control group and research group)using a random number table method,with 62 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,with the control group receiving Trimetazidine and the research group receiving Naoxinqing capsules combined with Trimetazidine for two consecutive months.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions,improvement of symptoms before and after treatment,blood lipid levels,hemorheological indicators and serum levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of angina treatment in the research group was 93.55％(58/62),which was higher than that of the control group[79.03％(49/62)],with fewer angina attacks and shorter duration of attacks compared with the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and hemorheological indicators(plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear and high shear viscosity)in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of Naoxinqing capsules as an adjuvant to Trimetazidine is safe and effective for the treatment of CHD with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome.It can significantly improve patients' blood lipids and hemorheology,reduce levels of inflammatory factors,decrease the frequency of angina attacks,and shorten the duration of each attack.关键词
