高职院校支持"一老一小"服务体系建设研究
Research on Higher Vocational Colleges Supporting the Construction of the Elderly and Children Service System
摘要
Abstract
In the context of actively responding to population aging and optimizing fertility policies,the issue of"the elderly and children"has become a focus of social concern.It is of great significance for local higher vocational colleges to utilize digital empowerment to support the construction of the elderly and children service system.Taking Fushun Vocational Technology Institute as an example,the paper deeply analyzes the problems in digital teaching,alignment of majors with the industry,and teaching staff development in local vocational colleges under the framework of the overall solution for the elderly and children in Fushun.It proposes targeted solutions,and summarizes the achievements made by the Institute in supporting the construction of the service system,so as to provide references for higher vocational colleges to better support the construction of the elderly and children service system.关键词
