高职院校"护育养"复合型人才培养路径研究
Research on the Cultivation Path of"Caregiving-Nursery Care-Elderly Care"Compound Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the 15th Five-Year Plan,Liaoning Province is confronted with the dual pressures of aging population and low birth rate.The key to solving the service problems concerning the elderly and children lies in conforming to the development trend of Healthy China,and focusing on the entire population and the whole life cycle.By analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by higher vocational colleges in cultivating"caregiving-nursery care-elderly care"compound talents,this paper explores the cultivation paths such as updating the talent cultivation philosophy,formulating a curriculum system that meets the talent cultivation needs,and optimizing the development of the teaching staff,so as to provide references for the training mode of compound professional talents.关键词
