养老服务人才培养困境及路径重构
The Predicament and Path Reconstruction of Talent Cultivation for Elderly Care Services
摘要
Abstract
In the context of accelerating population aging in our country,the structural contradiction between the supply and demand of elderly care service talents has become prominent.This paper analyzes the current situation from the perspectives of education levels,social cognition,and talent supply and demand,and reveals multiple challenges in social culture,policy systems,and education systems.It then proposes a path reconstruction framework centered on reshaping professional reputation,institutionalizing policy incentives,diversifying education models,and integrating with lifelong education to provide systematic ideas for breaking the talent bottleneck.关键词
