产教融合模式下高质量外语人才培养体系研究
On the System of High-Quality Foreign Language Talent Cultivation under the Mode of Industry-Education Integration
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of global digitization,the cultivation of foreign language talents in higher vocational colleges needs to change the traditional education mode and achieve a precise match between language ability and industrial demand with the integration of industry and education as the core path.Based on the analysis of the necessity of integrating industry and education for the cultivation of foreign language talents,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of foreign language talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in terms of supply side,guarantee mechanism and cultivation mode,and then constructs the core framework of"integrated education of'posts,courses,competitions and certificates'—integrated teaching of digital technology—multi path improvement of'four-chain collaboration'".And in light of the talent cultivation mode of"one main line,dual integration,four drivers,and multiple approaches",it explores the practical path for constructing a high-quality foreign language talent cultivation system.关键词
