Abstract
A large number of soldiers leave active service every year.Proper placement of the group is crucial to national defense security and social stability.Rational determination of vocational skill training majors for veterans is an important prerequisite for accurately improving their career lifespan and professional competitiveness.By aligning with the needs of regional economic development and focusing on the emerging industries such as intelligent manufacturing,modern logistics,and information technology,it determines the major orientation and training courses,providing high-quality talent reserves for industrial upgrading and avoiding the waste of human resources.关键词
