Abstract
The international development of the culture,sports and tourism industry in Liaoning Province urgently requires the support of"foreign language+culture and tourism"compound talents with cross-cultural communication competence.Based on the theory of cross-cultural communication and in response to the practical demands of the internationalization of the culture,sports and tourism industry in Liaoning Province,it establishes a collaborative education mechanism driven by the dual circulation of schools and enterprises,and proposes a three-dimensional competence model of"symbol deconstruction-cognitive connection-value recognition".A"four-dimensional empowerment path"of courses,scenarios,teachers and evaluation is created,along with a"four-stage progressive assessment".This model effectively resolves the issues of"culture discount"and"language barriers"in the international promotion of the industry,providing a solid talent guarantee and theoretical support for the high-quality development of the regional culture,sports and tourism industry.关键词
