珍珠油杏果实套袋对其品质的影响研究
Study on the effects of bagging on fruit quality of Prunus armeniaca
摘要
Abstract
This study compared the effects of bagging and non-bagging treatments on the fruit quality of Prunus armeniaca.The results showed that,compared with bagging,non-bagging significantly increased fruit weight,soluble solids,soluble sugar,vitamin C,flavonoid,and total phenol content,while reducing titratable acid content and increasing the sugar-acid ratio.Therefore,non-bagging is more conducive to improving the flavor and nutritional quality of P.armeniaca.Although bagging improves fruit surface appearance,it inhibits photosynthesis and secondary metabolism due to micro-environmental changes such as shading,leading to a significant decline in intrinsic fruit quality.关键词
