摘要

Abstract

Using 8-year-old Summit sweet cherry trees as test plants,plant growth regulators(compound Sodium Nitrophenolate)at three concentrations(T1-10 mg/L,T2-20 mg/L,T3-30 mg/L)were applied during flowering and fruit enlargement stages,with water spray as control(CK).The study investigated their effects on fruit quality,yield,and leaf physiological characteristics.Results indicated that all three nifthalin sodium concentrations showed significant effects.Among them,the application of T1 significantly improved the acid retention ratio of fruit,increased yield per plant,enhanced the sugar-to-acid ratio in fruits,and boosted photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content.It also significantly enhanced the activity of the antioxidant enzyme SOD in fruits and promoted zinc(Zn)absorption in fruit.The application of T2 significantly enhanced fruit weight,soluble solids,and vitamin C accumulation,while boosting POD and CAT enzyme activity in leaves to improve antioxidant capacity.It also improved the acid-to-solids ratio,chlorophyll content,and overall yield.The application of T3 significantly enhanced nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),and potassium(K)uptake in leaves and magnesium(Mg)and calcium(Ca)levels in fruits.While it effectively boosted photosynthetic rates in leaves and reduced fruit respiration intensity,it resulted in decreased yield.Based on comprehensive evaluation of all indicators,sodium nitrophenolate at the 20 mg/L concentration demonstrated superior efficacy for Sami sweet cherry.
