马铃薯杂交组合群体性状分析与新品系选育
Analysis of Population Traits in Potato Hybrid Combinations and Breeding of New Varieties

Abstract
In order to enrich the potato germplasm resources in Inner Mongolia,this study carried out statistical investigation,correlation detection,principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis on eighteen traits of 325 materials from different hybrid combina-tions,and then constructed SSR fingerprints of nine new strains screened for comprehensive evaluation.The genetic diversity index of eigh-teen traits of 325 tested materials ranged from 0.26 to 2.03.The correlation analysis revealed that the correlation coefficient between the number of main stems and the number of branches was the highest.The principal component analysis simplified the eight quantitative trait indices into four principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 90.717%.The clustering results showed that the 325 materi-als could be divided into five groups.Nine new strains suitable for cultivation in Inner Mongolia were selected through comprehensive scor-ing.Through the eight pairs of SSR polymorphic primers selected,98 alleles and 84 polymorphic loci were amplified.The comprehensive evaluation was consistent with the SSR analysis,the new strain'Y37-99'had the highest comprehensive score and could be used for fur-ther breeding as a new variety.The results of this study provided a theoretical reference for the breeding of new potato varieties.关键词
