干旱胁迫下5种葱属种质资源萌发期耐旱性评价
Evaluation of Drought Tolerance During Germination in Five Allium Species under Different Drought Stresses

Abstract
This study focused on five wild Allium species commonly found in Xilingol League.By simulating the drought stress with PEG-6000,their drought resistance during seed germination was assessed to identify potential drought-tolerant germplasm resources for future applications.The results indicated that PEG-6000 induced drought stress significantly affected all germination-related met-rics across the five Allium species,with notable interspecific variation.Low-level drought stress enhanced certain germination param-eters in some accessions,particularly in A.senescens.However,as PEG-6000 concentrations increased,all germination indices were progressively inhibited,with complete germination failure observed at 30%PEG-6000.Based on the membership function anal-ysis,the drought resistance ranking of the five Allium species was as follows:Allium tenuissimum>Allium senescens>Allium biden-tatum>Allium ramosum>Allium condensatum.关键词
