艾农艺性状和品质性状与SCoT标记的关联分析
Association Analysis of Agronomic and Quality Traits with SCoT Markers of Artemisia argyi

Abstract
This study aimed to explore the genetic variations of agronomic traits and quality traits in Artemisia argyi,conduct associa-tion analysis with SCoT markers,screen out linked markers,and provide a theoretical reference for the genetic improvement of Arte-misia argyi.Seventy Artemisia argyi germplasms were used as materials,and SPSS19.0,NTsys2.10e,Structure2.3.4,and Tas-sel5.0 were employed for genetic variation analysis,cluster analysis,population structure analysis,and association analysis.The re-sults showed that the coefficient of variation for eight agronomic traits and four quality traits ranged from 10.75%to 131.29%.Based on 24 SCoT markers,cluster analysis classified the Artemisia argyi germplasms into four categories at a genetic similarity coefficient of 0.70.In the population genetic structure analysis,63 Artemisia argyi germplasms had a Q value≥0.6,indicating relatively sim-ple genetic relationships.In the association analysis,nine SCoT markers were significantly associated withfive agronomic traits and three quality traits(P<0.01),with the explanation rate of each locus for phenotypic variation ranging from 8.38%to 15.49%.It could be concluded that the 70 Artemisia argyi germplasms had rich genetic diversity in agronomic traits and quality traits,and germ-plasms with relatively simple genetic relationships accounted for 90.00%.The obtained SCoT markers associated with some agro-nomic traits and quality traits could be used for molecular marker-assisted breeding.关键词
