枸杞木虱不同田间种群对药剂敏感性及与解毒酶相关性
Sensitivity of Different Field Populations of Bactericera gobica to Pesticides and Their Correlation with Detoxification Enzymes

Abstract
[Objective]To clarify the sensitivity of different field populations of B.gobica to imidacloprid and sulfoxaflor and their correlation with detoxification enzymes in vivo.[Method]The sensitivity of adult and nymphs of B.gobica in three field populations of Zhongning,Xingren and Yuanlinchang in Ningxia to two kinds of insecticides was determined respectively by the spot-drop and dip methods.The activities of glutathione S-transferase(GST),esterase(EST)and multifunctional oxidase(MFO)in different field populations of B.gobica were determined.[Result]The sensitivities of the three field populations of B.gobica in Ningxia to imidacloprid and sulfoxaflor were all different,and the sensitivities of different insect states of the Zhongning population to imidacloprid and sulfoxaflor were the lowest.Among them,the LC50 values of adult B.gobica in Zhongning to imidacloprid and sulfoxaflor were 3 751.4889 and 970.177 5 mg•L-1,respectively.The LC50 values of the nymphs of B.gobica in Zhongning to imidacloprid and sulfoxaflor were 1 536.658 1 and 676.350 3 mg•L-1,respectively.The activities of three detoxification enzymes of different insect states of the Zhongning population of B.gobica were significantly higher than those of the other two populations.Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the level of sensitivity of different states of B.gobica to imidacloprid and sulfoxaflor and the enzymatic activities of GST,EST and MFO in their bodies,among them,there was a significant positive correlation between the activity of MFO enzyme and the sensitivity levels of nymphs of B.gobica to imidacloprid and sulfoxaflor,and the correlation coefficient was 1.[Conclusion]The sensitivity of the three field populations of B.gobica in Ningxia to imidacloprid and sulfoxaflor was different.The Zhongning population had the lowest sensitivity,followed by the Xingren population,and the Yuanlinchang population had the highest sensitivity.Moreover,there was a significant positive correlation between the sensitivity of B.gobica to the agents and the activity of detoxification enzymes.It is recommended to select insecticides in a reasonable and scientific way based on local conditions to enhance the control effect of Bactericera gobica.关键词
