The Deviation of Techno-Hegemonism Towards Techno-Feudalism in the Context of U.S.CHIPS Acts

Abstract
[Purpose]The U.S.-China geopolitical competition takes place together with the deviation of the U.S.techno-hegemonism towards techno-feudalism.Studying the sources and characteristics of this variation is helpful for predicting the industrial dynamics of the United States in high-end technology fields such as chips,analyzing the political decisions of the U.S.towards China,and providing ref-erence for China's response to the unilateral technological containment and suppression measures of the U.S.[Method]The paper adopts the research method combining institutional analysis and case analysis,overallviews the changes and motivations of the national technology research and development strategy and political and economic system behind the U.S.CHIPS Acts,and analyzes the theoretical logic and actual impact of the U.S.techno-feudalism.[Result/Conclusion]Techno-hegemonism is dissimilated into techno-feudalism,with eco-nomically internal re-industrialization and external industrial policy securitization,and politically internal populism and external anti-glo-balization as its endogenous driving forces,all-round techno-hegemony and public-private hybrid economic model dominated by transna-tional corporation as its specific appearance and accelerated alienation of the U.S.into a"technological Leviathan"and further monopoly of"digital productivity"by transnational corporation as its consequences.The techno-feudal threat is spreading all over the world.关键词
