乌克兰危机背景下俄乌情报工作模式转型的比较分析
A Comparative Analysis of the Transformation of Intelligence Work Models in Russia and Ukraine Against the Background of the Ukraine Crisis

Abstract
[Purpose]Intelligence is a significant variable influencing wars and geopolitical situations.Bringing intelligence back into war studies can deepen the understanding of the interactive logic between intelligence and war.[Method]This paper forms an integrated ana-lytical framework based on the three-dimensional factors of"idea-power-technology",and dissects the differentiated transformation processes of intelligence work models in Russia and Ukraine under the background of the Ukraine crisis through comparative case analysis.[Result/Conclusion]The nature of external threats is a key factor influencing whether a country can break through its existing intelligence concept and adjust its organizational system,thereby achieving an effective transformation of its intelligence work model.After facing a survival-threatening security threat,Ukraine comprehensively introduced the Western intelligence model,forming a flexible,convenient,and highly intelligent intelligence combat model and achieving certain asymmetric advantages.Russia,despite facing a huge geopolitical threat,failed to break through its inherent centralized intelligence ideology and organizational system,while its intelligence technology was strengthened,its intelligence system became more rigid,and its adaptability to decentralized attacks and flexible modern battlefield situa-tions was relatively limited.关键词
